ANN ARBOR, MI -- Downtown Ann Arbor’s bd’s Mongolian Grill has completed renovations and is now open for business again.
The popular stir-fry restaurant at 200 S. Main St. closed in early December and reopened on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Mongolian Grill was established in 1992 and offers more than 80 ingredients for customers to place in their stir fry bowl. Customers can then watch the restaurant’s “master grillers” cook their dish with swords on a flat-top grill
Customers can expect a “more energetic” experience at the Ann Arbor location now, with an updated interior, new designs and a new recipe center to create their favorite concoctions. according to a news release.
“This bd’s location holds a special spot in our hearts because it is one of our longest operating locations,” CEO Jim Vinz said in the release. “We’re very excited that guests from Ann Arbor will be able to enjoy the new interior design as part of this exciting renovation.”
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The restaurant is hosting a ribbon-cutting with the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Regional Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 20, to celebrate its new look.
